A player for the playlist you already have.
Hopp Player turns the playlist or provider account you already pay for into a fast, clear channel list and programme guide on your TV, phone and computer.
Hopp is a player, not a service. It ships with no channels, playlists or directory: you add sources you already have.
What Hopp does with what you give it
Fast at any size
A channel list that stays quick at a hundred thousand entries, even on older TVs.
Programme guide
What is on now and next, a full guide, and catch-up where your provider offers it.
Favourites and search
Favourites you can reorder, and search that forgives a typo.
Pair your TV from your phone
Scan a code on the TV and send your setup across. No typing with a remote.
Private sync
Your playlists, favourites and settings sync between your own devices, end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read them.
Parental lock
Hide categories and protect settings with a PIN.

Questions
Does Hopp come with channels?
No. Hopp ships no channels, no playlists and no directory of places to get them. It plays what you add.
Where do I get a playlist?
From whoever you already have a subscription with. They will have given you a playlist address or a username and password. Hopp does not recommend any provider.
Where is my data?
On your device. With a Hopp account and sync switched on, it is encrypted on the device before it is uploaded, so we cannot read it.
Do I need a Hopp account?
No. Everything except sync between devices works without one.
