1. What this is

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA and you want to withdraw from a Hopp paid-plan purchase within your 14-day right of withdrawal, you can fill in this form and send it to us — or use our online withdrawal route, or send us any other clear statement that you are withdrawing. Using this form is one option among several; it is not the only way to withdraw, and we do not ask you for a reason.

Terms of Service section 5a describes the right this form exercises, including how much of your payment is refunded and how the refund is made.

3. What happens next

We confirm receipt of a withdrawal sent through our online route without delay. Once your withdrawal is honoured, we refund you using the same means of payment you used to pay, within the period the law requires, and your paid plan ends at your device's next check with our servers — nothing stored on any of your devices is deleted or hidden by a withdrawal.
